Not saying it's real. Just something to talk about. The pic could have just been taken at one of the stores that has the demo-use copy.

That pict. has been around all gaming sites by now...


Guys,if what this guy says it's true then "Wii have a problem"
I just hope it is fake or there wasn't enough testing done with chips and such.

n00b at wii hacking here. I have some questions.
How do you dump games anyways? Does "dump" just mean burn a copy? Or is there some other way of dumping?
Also what's this about "brickblocker"? What's that?
Any help is appreciated

Not using brickblocker results in the Wii trying to update but an error message comes up saying that a modchip was detected.

Isn't there modchips that can be disabled? Also, how can we be sure that the original will run fine if it "knows" its modded? does the disk say "oh a modded wii but since you purchased me i wont break you"

I don't think we could know for sure unless we try it.

I love mario as much as the next guy, but come on folks. When its out its out. I'm sure that'll be soon enough to find out all the answers to these questions. Seems like some of us are ready to go CSI over this shit, patience is a virtue go get some sleep/fresh air.

People have to remember that this is a kiosk game and not a retail version of Super Mario Galaxy. Hopefully the retail game will not have this problem.

I'm sure the guys over at NoA know how EB Gamestop employees can be EB Gamestop employees, so they probably tweaked the demo kiosk version a little bit.

As of now there is no 100% fact that they detect the modchip... the guy said it wont boot....it's not 100% clear... anyway ... wait and see

Read that is was being upped on some torrent sites... only could find it on pirateaccess, probably fake but it's been downloaded by lots of folks today. Anyone's got an account on pirateaccess and cares to give it a try?
