Ok, I can understand why you think that, but you dont really know the "drama" thats been going on

The guy who were uploading it from the beginning, went to work, and we had no clue if he really was uploading it to someother place or not. Then the media got their nose on this, and apparently they found out that a person from EBGames had stolen a demo-kiosk version of the game (thats a full version), so then there were suddenly that.

When someone knows details like that, we could just asume that the guy who got busted for that, was the guy who were uploading. Something that told us that maybe the game wouldnt be released at all tonight, tomorrow, or yeah.

However, new information tells me that the game is currently being compiled into a new .iso, with someone making sure it will work properly this time, and shipped to several uploaders.

But yes, if you didnt knew all this, I can understand that you expected the game to come very soon.

Ok then, according to an administrator on ******.com (hint : the infamous site where it has been uploaded earlier)

The original torrent was already BrickBlocker'ed and was affiliated with this site (not good).

The new torrent will be the clean rawdump released with a different name. It's slowly being distributed to a couple of uploaders now. No ETA at this point.

And the DMZ Nfo is indeed fake

The original version of the game worked, so I assume they find a way to make the burned version to work.
There were some talk about cyclowiz getting detected by the burned version, but thats details we know almost nothing about.

In the coming hours Im certain everything will get more clear

On the Blackcats-Games forum, they say that people already have the ISO, but since it is a kiosk game, it does not work on retail Wiis. One guy posted the nfo file. Others say it does work.

Maybe the hardware error means that the game can't detect a timer device on the wii :/

Metroid gave some error if you BrickBlock'ed it. They said the first upload he did was BrickBlocked. It's probably a similar error where you need to apply the update to play the game.
