Most likely a retailer broke the release date. That is, if there is any truth to this at all, which I doubt.

The proof of it is, he won't be able to do it, and will probably get pulled faster than you can imagine, especially if this is his first one and has never done this before, he'll easily get caught on MU.

Also, I doubt it's true because of those lines, put it on a torrent then let other people put it on MU and RS.
