70 MB read/second should not be that lazy. It would bei fast enough to read the whole game into RAM in just a few Seconds.

Perhaps but to be honest, I don't know. All you have to do is delete and make sure everything is clean there and nothing is there for Super Mario 64 NX and include this game itself and try again.

I once had lag in pokemon sword / shield, but I don`t remember how I removed it, maybe it's same problem.

edit: seeing that voidnx includes some sysmodules, try removing any of them.

    sys-con, sys-tune overlay, nx-ovlloader

Just nuke your entire atmosphere folder and install clean ams or sxos with no mods.

on a dark software board it was reported several times that V7 has stutters occasionally. I cannot link it here, but it seems to be a common problem. unfortunately there is no newer version 8 since june :(

Your problem is your using the Mario 64 version with the res pack on your sd card and it’s trying to load the resolution changes you want to source Mario 64 v7 that has been compiled as one nsp with the resolution changes included.
