Check the Gamefaqs message board, a whole lot of glitches were fixed.

I've been playing Super Mario 64 DS for a good month or two, I just got it on the Wii, and what a suprise!
It's so much better full screen on the Wii/N64 - much more fun and textures/controls feel so natural. Can now jump and slide, flip and stomp like never before.

Saying that, the DS version is very good and portable and very enjoyable!
