What's the difference between Super Mario 64 DS and Super Mario 64 DS (v1.1)?

I'd say... they added a 1 after the dot.

Yup you've noticed that I have no idea.

The same as with any software upgrade, bugfixes and/or additional features. What specifically? Only the programmers know.

Also the trainer that was released a while back only works on 1.1.

The normal version (1.0) hangs up after final battle with Bowser.

Check the Gamefaqs message board, a whole lot of glitches were fixed.

I've been playing Super Mario 64 DS for a good month or two, I just got it on the Wii, and what a suprise!
It's so much better full screen on the Wii/N64 - much more fun and textures/controls feel so natural. Can now jump and slide, flip and stomp like never before. [IMG]

Saying that, the DS version is very good and portable and very enjoyable!
