Hacking Super Mario 64 DS Hack Help

I can get hacks of this game to load on an R4i but not on my DSTWO. It gets stuck on the loading screen when patched and when I play the game clean it gets further but it just leads to a white screen. am I doing something wrong? (I'm using the waluigi mod but I've tried others and they don't work either)

...Belated, but this is a known issue - the DSTwo doesn't support loading Mario 64 DS romhacks from SDHC cards. You'll have to use a microSD card of 2GB or below.

Edit: On reflection, this doesn't seem to quite be the case. I've managed to load a Mario 64 romhack with a Class 10 microSDHC card.
