is it possible to get the rom for super gameboy and add/inject gameboys roms into the super gameboy rom?

I have a snes copier that uses old 3.5 disks and that maybe I could play gameboy games on it too

Nope. The super gameboy was really just a physical gameboy that really just used the sneak for screen and controls.

There still isn't a super Gameboy core on retropie (rpi3) that works, so don't expect a sgb core for the Nes mini soon :(

Good luck trying to emulate a 4.194304 MHz Sharp LR35902 on a 3.579545 MHz 65C816.

"SNES copier" I'd assume is something like a Super Wild Card. It lets you dump cartridges to floppy disks, and load ROM images from floppy disks into memory, simulating a cartridge.

The Super Gameboy rom is a SNES program, you probably could expand it to add a SNES game. Although it's dubious how useful that is.
