1. Use the (A) button and the D-Pad to turn on the following:
   • “Autoboot SysNAND”
   • “Use SysNAND FIRM if booting with R (A9LH)”
   • “Show NAND or user string in System Settings”
2. If you are using a New 3DS, you should also enable the following:
   • “New 3DS CPU” to “Clock+L2(x)”
   • This will increase the framerate of many games, but may cause instability in others
   • If some games do not work properly, disable this option and try again
3. Press Start to save and reboot
   • If you get a black screen, just continue to the next section

Since you're on 9.2, why don't you just follow Plailect's guide, which I linked to you earlier to install A9LH? After that, you can then install JKSM and update your system to 11.2.

okay so after doing that Luma 3ds config where do I start

Section II - Backup tickets

1. Go to “Ticket/Titlekey Options”, then select “Ticket Dump (SysNAND)”
2. Press (Select) to eject your SD card, then put it in your computer
3. Delete all .tik files in the /files9/ folder that do not start with “00-“
4. Leave all the .tik files that do start with “00-“ in the folder
   • If none start with “00-“, then just continue.
5. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS, then press (B)

I think I ran into an issue.
Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax

1. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS
2. Do the steps for installing arm9loaderhax on your device:

• Old 3DS
  • You should be on 2.1.0
  • Go to http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin on your 3DS
    • If you get an error, follow this troubleshooting guide
    • If you get a glitched screen, follow this troubleshooting guide
  • Press (Select) to Full Install
  • The installer will now install arm9loaderhax on your device (this is very fast)
  • Shut down your console, hold the power button until it turns off if necessary
  • Copy your console specific OTP.bin from the /a9lh/ folder on your SD card to a safe location on your computer and back it up to multiple locations (such as online file storage), then reinsert your SD card into your 3DS

I'm on this step and I has the wireless switch turned off before starting this and now its on the old system version and I don't know how to start the wireless now

You'll have to dump it first, but yes, you can
