I have 1 confirmation the game gets past this screen if you press home at the right moment, could you please test this? It may need some tries, as you really need the right timing.

i already test it, and it worked!! when the white screen appears, just press like a 3 times the "home" buttton, and voila! works!!!

nice one! i got it working unfortunatly out of about 30 tries it loaded about 3 or 4 times
it was only working for me when i pressed home & + at the same time. i tried timing it so as i hit the buttons just as the white screen appears
i tried it with hooks and with the normal launch and it seemed to load better with hooks
the disc i have is patched to 033 i think, i done it a few days ago
i have an unpatched disc also but that wouldn,t get passed the white screen

The described method is needed when you don't have a modchip.
