1958 - Miami Nights - Singles in the City.. might not be a GOOD dating sim game, but its one of the only ones I know.. theres another one in the back of my mind that involves flirting with teen girls or something, but I cant remember what it is. Never played it but I seem to recall a review of something like that

Sprung the dating game a early ds title although most of its nothing to do with dating as such although kinda like games like Pheonix Right in some ways.

Days of Memories. There are quite a few more, but you'd probably only be interested if you're a girl, or a man who happens to... swing the other way, like this or this.

Still, if you don't know Japanese you're not gonna have any luck with any of these.
