Hacking Stuck on screen unable to progress

Hello, I tried entering cfw using atmosphere but I'm stuck on a screen that reads:
"ERROR Fatal error: Failed to stat stage 2 (atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin)!

Press Power to reset"

I tried taking out the sd card and downloading files again and putting the card back in the Switch and rebooting (all the while my Switch screen is stuck on this error code screen) I have been unable to power it down because it just reboots itself back to this error screen. I'm not sure what to do.

is it formatted to FAT 32? also did you download and installed with sdsetup. Might be incomplete files or your sd got corrupted. mine did and i couldn't put anything on it as it will be zero bytes and not be able to run payloads.

I can' use my Switch at all btw. Unable to turn it off because the power button just reboots it. Should I just wait for the battery to die to restart it? I believe I did use sdsetup.

Edit: I have an exfat sd card. I'm going to back up my Nintendo folder then format to fat32.

    Yeah it works great but it's the obvious Ds factor you loose from it it's not like playing atari games on atari because Nintendo actually use to give a reason to buy their hardware
