Does Nintendo of America, Nintendo of Europe and Nintendo Japan have different User Agreement to use StreetPass functionality?
My friend installed "Fire Emblem Fates" USA .cia on his EUR New 3DS and had this message: "You must accept the termins of the latest Nintendo 3DS Service User Agreement before you can use StreetPass. To accept the terms, go to System Settings > Internet Settings > Other Information > User Agreement" but he can only read the contract because there isn't an "Accept" button - because he already accepted the User Agreement when setted up his 3DS.
In the past I used some out-of-region titles on my 3DS and never appeared this message in a game.
Any idea?
I suggested him to wait until the EUR release and than transfer its save.
