Homebrew Streaming the N3ds without capture card

I've been trying to stream my n3ds without a capture card using the KitKat software and I never really got good or high fps. I heard how there was a way to get the max fps without drops. can anyone tell me how?

how do i create an access point on my computer? and i am using windows 10

The only way of using non-capture card streaming and having high fps is to have very very very good internet.
