Did you enable the region free channels hack in preloader? Also try uninstalling DVDx if you have it installed (not sure if that helps though).

Maybe you should try using wad manager 1.3. Also, look closely at the logs when the wad is installing. Does it successfully install or is there an error? Do you have enough free space on your Wii? These might sound silly but it's worth a try.

Man, the problems that Taik has sure does sound like mine. Looks like some Wiis are defective, or something? I've tried pretty much everything that is posted here.

*NOTE* The below applies for english and NTSC some settings will change for other regions.

Tools needed:
wwpacker 1.8 (download from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?w5wawjdntz4)
common-key.bin (download from here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/zauzn2zjjgy/MakeKeyBin1.1.rar)

Before you begin:
-Unzip wwpacker
-Use the MakeKeyBin (Self explanatory)
-Place common-key.bin in the wwpacker folder
-Place your wad into the wwpacker folder

How to crack:
1. Drag the wad to the file named _wwunpacker.bat. When the program is finished, press any key to close the window.

2. Drag the whole folder the program produced to the file named _wwpacker-IOS35-Plus.bat.

3. For the first option (Choose Language) press 2.

4. For the next option (Video Mode Changer) press 2.

5. For the next option (Choose Video Patching Method) press X.

6. For the next option (Fix 001 check) Press Y.

7. For the next option (Fix 002 check) press Y.

8. And the last option (Fix JAP WiiFit) press X.

9. It now gives the option to run any other programs but seeing as we have already changed it to NTSC and fixed #001 Error and #002 Error there is no real need to.
Now Press any key to repack the wad. Now press any key to close the window.

10. Now Rename your new wad whatever you want, use Wad Manager to install on your Wii, and enjoy your new game.

Should this not work theres one more alternative but its a bit more complicated so just let me know

Unfortunately, this does NOT work for me. Thank you for the suggestion, though. So, what is the alternative, I may ask?

Just a couple quick questions

- What is your wii system menu (Version and region)
- What are the wads you are trying to install (and there region)
- What wad manager are you using to install the wads
- do you have IOS37?

-Wii System Menu: 3.2U (Used to be 3.1U, WADs did not work then.)
-WADs install perfectly fine, some just don't work. (The only ones which don't work are NTSC Kirby 64, NTSC Super Mario RPG and ALL of the USB Forwarder channels)
-WAD Manager 1.3 (Waninkoko's)
-I do have IOS37 (Installed it with the cIOS37_rev3-Installer DOL, also with the WAD Manager 1.3, couldn't install it properly with Waninkoko's cIOS rev12)

I thank you for spending some time answering my questions.

Is your SD card in with the usbloader called boot.dol and in the right directory that the forwarder is sending you to.
and can the usbloader work right out of the HBC?
have you tried downloading the n64 games from a different source cause they could simply be bad wads.

I thought i had IOS37 as well after installing it in the same way you said but i had to go and find the actual IOS37 wad on the internet to get mine to work (which was not easy but i did find it)

Hope this gets you somewhere and after you try these you could also try this with the wads (the spoiler) but i suggest doing this after above methods

Well thats unfortunate now for the alternative your gonna need to have the
Generic Wii Patcher (download from here: Generic Wii Patcher
then your going to need to do the above guide except for here

Make sure you leave the DOS window open
- Unzip generic wii patcher and open the program
- In GWP(Generic Wii Patcher) click open and then go to wwpacker folder and open the only folder in there, In that folder there should be a .dol file open that
- The only option you need to use with this are the Country Strings. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE!
- Under Country Strings, select USA then press Patch Strings. Press Save. Close Generic Wii Patcher.

If this doesnt work then i will probably be stumped but hope this gets it done

I doubt the WADs are corrupted, since I've tried a number of them. I think it may be because of the IOS37, since I'm not 100% sure if it's installed properly.

My best regards to you for helping me with this predicament. You have been of most help. I will try finding a good copy of IOS37. (How did you install it?)

By the way, the link to the "Generic Wii Patcher" is broken.

Sorry to add, but I have the same problems

3.2U, Punchout and Mad world work great.
I can't make some wads running (even if they worked before).
Right now I have sound. Some of them work however (Wiiware, n64 games).

It all started when I was install updater for mad world I think. Before they worked.

Please tell me how to fix it and how to find out what cios I have (have no clue

You did the on disc update from Madworld

I dont understand your problem are those games forwarder channel wads

Also whatever cIOS you last installed is what you have so just install cIOS 8, 9, 10 or 12 your choice. (Note that 8 doesnt support USB loader)

I fixed the link and check your pms in 5 mins
djda, I will KISS you if I can meet you physically, regardless of your gender.

But I just have a question: How did you install the IOS37 + IOS38 on your Wii? Did you use a WAD Manager, or use another installer? (A DOL, or something like Waninkoko's new cIOS rev12 IOS installer?)

Wad manager 1.3
I gotta roll for a while but ill check back later tonite good luck with everything.
And now that you have ios 37 try the first method again if it still doesnt work

BLARGH. Installing IOS37 + IOS 38 didn't help. Only got returning to the menu when trying to play those specific WADs.

Going to try to use the "complicated" method. Thanks for everything you've done so far, djda.

EDIT: Okay, tried using the Generic Wii Patcher as you instructed, yet, IT KEEPS ON GIVING ME THE RESTARTING WII MENU

So, officially: My Wii sucks and isn't built the same as anybody else's. Looks like I've got to buy a new Wii.
