Hacking Strange Pokemon problem

I just got Pokemon Pearl onto my R4 and there seem to be a few problems:

1. When I move up or down in a house it looks like it stutters slightly.
2. When I move other characters appear to sort of "distort"

Anyone get these problems?

I've got the latest firmware
