Try buying a pre paid credit card and order one online. Some guy on mooglex told me that they had the DSTTi in Esex st or something like that but I don't think the store sells those anymore.

Why don't you go buy one of those credit cards you can buy at convenience stores and use that to buy something online?
Just buy a credit card thing in a convenience store and order from RHS, since they're probably the closest manufacturer to you (they're in New Jersey).

There are many people that do not have cc or dc, they have these pieces of paper called dollar bills that they go around giving to people called cashiers, woo, shocking, I didn't know people actually had to talk to other people to buy stuff.
RHS would be a distributor, the manufacturers are the people that actually make the cards, and then send them to people like RHS, who then distribute the cards to purchasers.
