Hacking Stop booting directly to gateway mode?

Whenever i go to go.gateway-3ds.com I don't get the menu to backup my sysnand or any of the other features, it just directly boots me to gateway mode and kicks me back out to the home menu. Help?

They definitely need to update their user manuals.....can't remember what else we had to figure out on our own....thinking about the DevMenu renaming stuff or the Header injection for online games.
I hope we'll see an updated guide from them which explains all the features.

Nope, that didn't work .

I mean my red card works, but i really wand to backup my sysnand in case something ever happens and right now I cant access that option.
