Hacking stop 3ds 4.5 from updateing?

so i got my 3ds today on 4.5 gateway i would like to know is their a way i can stop it from asking me to update i heard after 10times it will force update is this ture?also what things should i stay away thats gonna update my 3ds?

Hold L+R+A+Up (on the DPAD) while you turn it on, it should ask you to update. Click on cancel. Then turn it on again, and set up the TubeHax DNS to block the Nintendo Servers. That should do it.

That video specifically says "without DNS" so it's not what you need.
All you need is to change your DNS to the tubehax one.
