People hacked talked about this before but still no one has bothered to make on and it's possible because poketranporter is a 3ds app and can access nds save I know there are save dongles and you can do it with flash card but I don"t have those and I don't think I can get one because of parents

Thanks for this actually, didn't know a DS save dongle existed that was so dirt cheap, gonna have to buy one. OP does have a point though, is it not possible to tap into a DS cart?
No need to be a dick about it. If his parents have the power to forbid him to buy something then he's probably still a minor with no access to a PayPal or Google Wallet account.
However, @hacksn5s4 there really is no homebrew DS save manager yet as there doesn't seem to be too big of a demand for it, given the fact that almost everybody has a flashcard and save dongles are pretty cheap. Maybe you can talk to some of your friends and ask them if one of them has a PayPal account or is allowed to use their parents' account and ask them to buy the dongle or a flashcard (which would probably be the better option) for you. You could also ask your parents too
A good argument that I used when I was still a minor was that I'd like to learn programming and that I'd need a flashcard to try my coded stuff...well, it was at least somewhat true.
Dude, I coded some DS save editors myself. It's really easy if you have some programming skills. That post was about save editors, not about dumping saves.
You just don't read do you? He said he couldn't get one because of PARENTS. He is probably not old enough or just very inexperienced. Just because I'm 33 and still play games, doesn't mean that I don't realize that kid still play with these things. I wish the op luck, but unless he is willing to do the research and work to make one himself, he doesn't need to go making a thread asking for a hand out.

The problem on here is that most people have a dangle or a flashcard, so developers are not interested on make a DS save manager. They won't do it only because of one person, it doesn't cover the effort. If such thing ever happens, you probably need to wait a while.
Also, if you just want to generate Pokémon, you can inject them on the 3DS game directly.

well, now i know im not the only one who parents doesnt let buy some stuff, I'm minor too.
In Brazil is very hard to get those kind of accessories and the price is so expensive (one dollar is four reais).
