What would the steps be to repack the devMenu as an NSP file so that, using the pokemon quest method, you could install DevMenu.nsp as a title & thus it would have the correct name & icon, and be installed correctly? And then no longer need to launch it via Pokemon Quest.
Has the NSP file already been created? Or even devMenu as an XCI file?

Devmenu is encrypted with dev keys, retail switches can't run it. You would first need to decrypt it, and then prod encrypt it with retail keys. This all requires stuff that can't be discussed on temp, but it is being worked on.

I'm currently working on a method to reencrypt NCA Files from Dev to Retail.

I was already able to replace the keys used to encrypt the ExeFS and RomFS.
I've decompiled one of the DLLs in the SDK and replaced the dev-keys with the retail ones.
Unfortunately this are not all the keys used in the NCA-Creation process.
I'm still missing one which is used to encrypt the header.

Unfortunately I still haven't found the location of the Key used to encrypt the NCA Header (should be MasterKey00?).

I also found five new Dev Keys which aren't public yet.
I can't provide them yet, sry. :S

I still hope I'll find the key used to encrypt the NCA Header. I have to replace that one with the Retail one to have a completely reencrypted NCA.

How are you doing with the method to pack with the development keys? I have an EDEV NS but I don't know how to make the NSPs work.
I need help please
