Hey guys, I was having weird connection issue with Wifi ever since 3.1 update. It was disconnecting and reconnecting every minute or so. It was making playing online impossible.
Reddit gave the answer.
In developer settings disable Wifi Management.
it appears that the Deck might not play nice with some 5ghz wifi. but disabling the wifi management stopped the issue.
Hopes this helps anyone else in the future.
