Hacking StarPatch 4.1 help

I've been having trouble figuring out a bit about StarPatch (not starfall) on 4.0U

When running the dol, it gives me options but some of them are listed twice (one will say 1 the other says 2)

what's the difference between them? is one for PAL, one for NTSC?

sorry if this is a noobish question, I just can't seem to find much info about it

They are 2 parts to the same patch you need to activate them both.

starpatch 4.1 ? is it a new release ?

nevermind after searching a few i found it... it's 4.01 btw
