I dumped my Nand twice to see if i get an md5 match on hash

is it normal that the slc and slccmpt don't match but the mlc does?

I'm about to dump it a third time to see if it'll match any of the 2 dumps I already did.

I fixed it running everything with Admin rights and running the sdio nand extractor fix / v1.1 after

You're both bumping an old thread. You should just use either sysnand cfw or mocha cfw sysnand if you want to use cfw.

I hacked my Wii U and the vWii in the past week or two, also been looking fir a way to backup the wii u nand. vwii and the 3ds/2ds hacking has option to backup.
