ROM Hack SSB4 modding documentation?

Is there some kind of SSB4 modding documentation that I can learn from and contribute to? Like one with information on where things are stored in the files and how to edit them. I specifically want to know how to edit which fighters can wall jump and wall cling, their weights, how high they jump, how fast they run and walk, whether or not they have a grapple, air speed, that kind of stuff.

Wall jumping has its own animation, doesn't it? If it does, good luck getting more characters to wall jump.
