So, I built a .cia off of my SSB4 cart and tried to mod it. Turns out, I need to have the 1.1.7 update to use mods/bootntr. Anybody know where I can get the .cia file for the update?

I consider looking at HShop, (I cannot give any links however, because that is forbidden in GBAtemp).
If HShop doesn't have it, just google it, and you may find a download link.

Alright @HackerManMcgee, your best bet is to simply google it, pirating an update shouldn't be too bad, as like @godreborn said, updates are free. Most ROM sites however are bound to have lots of ads, so I suggest using the FastForward browser extension to bypass them.
