Hello.. I know there are topics out there dedicated for this issue, however nothing's worked for me..
So, whenever I try to play SSB3ds online, the game goes like you gotta agree to the EULA.. I push accept, and then it tells me that I won't be able to play online if I don't agree to the EULA.
Therefore, I followed other various steps to get through this problem. I followed tutorials as mentioned to create a config.cia and use it, but it doesn't work, apparently..
I even got my hands on an EULAsetter.3ds, but that still does nothing.
so.. what now?
I got an O2Ds with the most recent update, with Luma3ds(v8.0). The SSB3Ds cia I found is USA region. Most european roms I tried running always lead to getting stuck at black screens.
