You put in the IP address of your computer/laptop you are using. Just open CMD normally, type in "ipconfig" (without quotation marks) then scroll down until you see "IPv4 address", it should show the IP address beside it. Put it in Caffine in your Wii U then exit out, enter Splatoon and you are good to go. Don't forget to open "Caffine_Server" in your PC when putting the numbers in.

What about the "nohash" application to use hacks online safely. Because when I use nohash I open splatoon and on the gamepad it says type in the up address of the computer so I did that and it was installing nohash but I guess it didn't work because I didn't run the cafiine server. So once I open it what do I do?

Just try running nohash in the homebrew app, then go back to the web browser to set up Caffine. If nohash tells you to put in an IP address when you access the internet browser, just skip that.

Btw I don't think you should go online with nohash since people can still report you and you can get banned. I recommend just try using it on recon mode and Private Battles if the host allows you to.

All I want to do is learn all the data of the weapons and what to change because it's kind of complicated because all I want is faster fire rate, how to speed hack and decrease ending lag for when throwing bombs. Also I can't find the splat bombs and suction bombs are they in the static folder after extracting?

I don't have the bombs and specials either. The fire rate should be mRepeatFrame. When it's at 1, it shoots very fast.
Player_Spec_SquidMove_Up should be your squids speed, just set the numbers to what you want them to be.

Balances out mRepeatFrame for L-3 and H-3 Nozzlenose. EG 4 frames and 8 span, shots at 0, 4, and 8. As said in the Parameters Guide

No probs, Player_Spec_SquidMove_Up is where you set your Inklings speed (as human form) as said. Set all numbers to 1 or maybe about 1.5 then your speed should be normal.

Player_Spec_SpecialTime_Up should be the Special duration. Just put the numbers into 999,999,999 (I'm not sure if putting commas will work though).
