I could find out, all of the IDs are in the byaml files so it just takes a bit of patience. But right now I'm trying to learn to use Python for reasons. You'll probably like the reasons, maybe. Dunno.

You could do it, just takes a calculator that can convert decimal to hex. Sounds like you want to look at GearInfo_Clothes.byaml
How can i edit/see .byaml files? i tried with notepad++ and appeares a lot of black squares that say NUL

You need yamlconv and something to build it with. It has issues, though, so depending on the file you convert, you may have to do a bit of fixing to make it convert back.

Gear ID: Black
Abilities: Red
Gear ID is actually the block below it. :P
The two in the middle (00000001 and 00000002) are the amount of slots you earned/unlocked

i have this program but only convert to XML, mk8 files, i cant convert splatoon´s .byaml files
 
Alright, now change the other three FFFFFFFF's, the one on the right and the two below it, to the abilities you want. Seresaa put the ID's for the abilities a couple pages back.

Now, where it says poke value, put 12CD0D88 in the left box, and 00006D61. Post picture before pressing poke
 
im downloading v1.0.0 from releases, Have i download it from "main page" in this case how to compile it?
That release version was built before they made the changes so it could support Splatoon's files. You're gonna have to build it yourself with Visual Studio or something like that.
I believe Nikki put up a built version as well. Do a search for 'yamlconv' on that page, you should find it.
