Actually, from what I know, the model swap/byaml edited amiibo for an Octoling is just the same sort of thing as the female inkling, same color, gear, text, etc...Or maybe.

It's just octohax. If you run octohax and use the female inkling amiibo, the octoling model will be used. Other than that, it functions exactly as the normal amiibo.

True, but that had the real colors AND the Octoshot, etc, it was different from the Octohax over fem Inkling.

It's a bit sloppy and it doesn't have proper directions for mac or linux because I have no idea how they work, but if you have Windows it works.

There are files that control the camera movement, you might be able to change the values in those to allow first person.

I think it could be possible to just enforce splatterscope-zoom at all times. Interesting idea, tho i can see literally NOBODY use such a thing for more then 2 rounds in a shooter where you turn, jump and most importantly climb as much and are smaller in scale then EVERYTHING. still a concept that's worth trying just for curiosity.

then again it could be something to turn on / off fast, like, uhm, use d-pad left to turn it on and d-pad right to turn it off ( those buttons are not used right? )

With a cheat via codehandler it certainly sounds feasible, dunno if there have been buttonactivators, yet.

It might be dangerous to have ram edits going on while in a match. How zoomed in you are might have something to do with how much of a charge you have, and therefore editing them would tip something off. It's also probably directly related to the charge of your weapon, and therefore might only work on a scoped weapon, and that would defeat the point.

There SHOULD be a way to just detach the zoomingbehavior from the weaponvalues and then control it with buttons. This could in turn render scopeweapons unplayable but would be a fair tradeoff. But yup, ramedits midround would be dangerous what with the banning...

I think by using ramwatch you could watch for button inputs, so it is possible.

I haven't been banned yet But I heard Some people did so be careful.

So I run wj44.ml/k31, then wj44.ml/py and it only works about half the time (hangs on "Trying to Install TCPGecko") but even when it does work, when I then launch Splatoon, it won't move past the splash screen for Splatoon. Anyone have similar problems?

Use loadiine.ovh It has worked for me every time. Never failed.

Loadiine along with the TCPGecko elf file on my SD card? I haven't been able to track down a pygecko elf file.

EDIT: Removing my SD card for some reason solved this problem. Go figure.
