This is going to sound like I am being mean. But if you took the time to read the whole topic instead of just demanding, you would know that it is hard or close to impossible to implement those types of cheats due to the nature of the game.
The closest thing that someone can do is create a save editor. But you seem to be having issues with playing the game in a legitimately way, so maybe you can volunteer to create said cheats or save editor.
Most likely because your updated.You would need the cheats with latest update on it
I am waiting for someone to create a save editor for sp3 for I can get all the gear plus weapons since I can't go online. :") not banned just couldn't afford actual copy of the game sadly...haa only got it the share way.
i chose the latest version of the cheats, is it something that is up with emulators like ryujinx that causes this to happen?

Your best bet would be to buy the game. There is a very high chance that there won't be a save editor for this game.

Splatoon 1 and 2 had one. But a single search on this website will show you that the editor you're referring to hasn't been updated in ages. You can sit here, wait, and pretend someone is going to make one soon. But you're going to be waiting for a long time.
