make sure your browser id is for US - 0004003000009402 and version to 4096 check that the cia is well packed no error ect...(suggest download it again)
reinstall it with dev menu(less problem for me) and if it still fail. try with the 65535 version.

Dam your only way to get out of this is to have a hard mod on your 3ds. Gateway wont work if your 3ds can acces to internet at all.
I hope you got a nand backup.I can only hope if you format your 3ds maybe the browser will be back.but it will mae lose your unsaved photo and all the save from cia game on your 3ds(not the cardige game)

Damn. Well thank you very much for assisting me. If I knew what was the problem with my internet disconnecting then it would fix everything. By the way when I used the Browser Timewrap it changed to version. 1.7585, why upgrading the firmware solve the problem?

the best firmware for the sipercode exploit and rxtools is 9.2.0-20 the 4096 version correspond to this firmware.I think install a too old browser cause instable stystem and crash.but the 65535 work as well.I will be back tomorrow.

Yeah I used the browser exploit when I was on 4.x so I guess that's why the internet is like how it is. Is there any way to upgrade to 9.2? If I ever get this problem fixed that is.

I followed Zidapi's advice and used that page to make the code. Well, I actually just took his code for max hearts and figured out the offset from there. Turns out it works for NTSC-U as well! Anyway, the code:

For the weapons' values, you have to reverse them (i.e. if I wanted a Viper Blade, which is 00 21 5B in the link, change it to 5B 21 00)

Stars:

(0C for only 6 Range, 1C for only 6 Melee)

Use this for 6 stars in both
032E9CB0 0000000C

All of these modify the weapon in Slot 1 (I have no clue how to figure out which weapon is in Slot 1, so I'd recommend starting a new file and applying the codes in that file)
Add 20 Hex for each new weapon slot.

The code's been added there for a while now, ha ha. I just can't for the life of me figure out why I can't edit the code. I wanna fix that description so bad ;-;

Yep, that's correct.

I've been looking into optimizing the codes, seeing as how all of them are 4 byte codes that end up overwriting each other, but I'm afraid to modify them because I don't really know how the addresses work. For example, using the code I posted gives you a weapon that looks like it came from a Weapon Gem. But if I use a 2 byte write rather than the 4 byte one, it gives you a weapon that is marked as a favorite, but doesn't use the Weapon Gem icon. It's curious, for sure. Anyone wanna help with this?
