Hacking Speed up game

I know there is a option for setting a shortkey for speeding up the game in the GBA and SNES emulator, but is there also a possibility for speeding up a DS game?

No, because the DS is not faster than a DS.

if the DS is anything like the gameboy, you might be able to speed it up by replacing the oscillating crystal with a higher frequency crystal

Not in DS-mode. When playing a DS game or flash cart, the 3DS goes down into DS-mode, where it slows itself down to the DS's speed, etc.

And 3DS mode itself has not been publicly hacked, and there is no flash cart that can run things in 3DS-mode.
