I just want switch 2 to boot linux. Im not fan of nintendo games, but switch is at least decent piece of hardware that is able to emulate game systems that i want to play. I would love to run games from my steam library on switch.

Just.... Get a Steam Deck or any other PC handheld that are actually made to run PC games. You can get a simple Rog Ally for under 500€, just get that.

I honestly do not believe anyone would want a Switch 2 just to..... Run Linux in order to "emulate" games.

Well, the GPU in the Switch 2 seems like a good reason. The power consumption is also lower, so I can understand why people are interested. Most Steam Deck-like handhelds are based on x86 hardware with AMD GPUs, while the Switch 2 uses an Nvidia infrastructure, which is ahead of AMD in some areas

While I can't comment on which architecture performs best for gaming, most people who want the Switch 2 hacked want it hacked for piracy. You're likely waiting years before you can boot Linux on the Switch 2 and emulate older systems. As mentioned above, those who just want a portable emulator are better off just buying a ROG Ally. It will emulate almost any system out the box and has a better screen than the Switch 2.
