because he maybe just did the same as before? leaking something?.
Just saying/guessing.

He's leaked a product he had no hand in creating. He barely understood why it shouldn't have been leaked in its current incarnation. We're going to pretend or believe that he has any single clue what he's talking about now?

It does a lot of useful. It's the insides that have yet to be utilized. You don't call the door to your new empty house useless.

I hear SSSPwn only runs Homebrew...

Which is true. He's saying that downloading roms from different systems like GBA, GBC, NES, SNES is still considered doing piracy, which it is. But you still can't play 3DS roms with SSSpwn/Ninjhax. Also, ninjhax can still use emulators which are considered homebrew applications.

But I thought allowing kernal access = remove region lock.

Ah well, I got my hopes too high. Carry on~

ninjhax does allow kernel access, just SMEA's version of it doesnt allow for kernel access or modification, someone would need to essentially reverse how the hack works and make it boot a CFW(which then could be region free or allow for unsigned 3ds roms to be loaded via .cia with the region lock removed on the game)
