Gaming Speakers

Hey guys, I'm planning on getting some speakers for my desktop. I'm currently looking for an okay-quality pair of 2.0 speakers, because the built-in speakers on my new monitors sucks. I was thinking of either a Creative T12 or Logitech Z320. Do you guys have any recommendations?

I know your not exactly looking for a 5.1 system but $10 more will get you a nice Logitech X-540 5.1 system

Thing is, I don't have the room for a 5.1 system. Besides, I'd feel spoiled because this would be going into my room.

Well my friend owns a pair of Altec Lansing speakers, and they seem to be pretty good, so I suggest checking out their website. Another brand that I recommend would be logitech speakers, although they don't specialize in sound like Altec does, they still should be pretty good.
