Rei's general vision for the CFW seems to be a very base FW with sig-patching. That's it.
If you want the rest, use NTR or wait for RXtools.

So is there no way someone can make exiting certain apps take you back to emunand? Like exiting settings, ds games and vc gba games
Autoboot menhax + ctrbootmanager is the only option. Exiting settings the 3DS must do a soft reset, even on SYSNAND. So if you're looking for boot time back to home menu the same as SYSNAND, you need perma-CFW.

No. Apps such as Settings actually reboot the device on exit. That is working as intended.

What you CAN do though is find the apps that live under the settings button as individual install-able CIAs that can install to your emunand home screen.... just need to google them....

question.. i have 2 cia installed, one with eur and another with eu.. on usa console... they worked on rxtools.. but now i am testing reinand because i want 10.4 and.. they work too ? does it mean that the cias werent eur ? or what

they may well have been region free patched before you acquired them

If your path etc is set up properly i see no reason why it'd be any different on win 10...
path etc?
is that suppose to be the host file?
or is that the folder path?
since i shift right click in the folder and click command promt
this also happen when i try idiotically to make the code.bin file to memdump my game even though i know it not gunna work for the new 3ds (har har typical me) the make command didn't work

Last edited by Subac0n,
Is that the same for Windows 7 / 8.1 also ?
Yes.
If your environment isn't setup properly you can't just expect to type "make" and have it magically work when it doesn't know what "make" is. :P

So if make doesn't work, there's a problem with your environment setup...
