ok, so i am using a program called 3dnus to download the proper update files for 10.7.32U but for some reason 3dnus calls it 10.7.32-9999? is there an error? or is it supposed to say that?

It should be 10.7.0-32

So how would I go about getting it to download the proper ones? everytime i try, it downloads 10.7.32-9999

ok, so new problem. according to the creator of sysupdater, you can't use it with any firmware spoofing enabled. i know this includes rxtools, but i dont know if reinand does...

Did the last update fixes the extended ram on O3DS? Like, the SSB4 works fine or it reboots to SysNand?

Old3DS: Latest A9LH: delebile branch.
Bootloader: ctrbootmanager9
CFW's
Luma3DS (nightly): All features working. Including; GBA/DS(i), CIA games, bootsplash, system setting modications working, ect. No firmware.bin
SaltRegular 1.2b LTS: Everything working. Including; GBA/DS(i), CIA games, bootsplash, ect. No firmware.bin
Mizuki with GBA/DS(i) loader injected and System setting version patch: All features working. Including; GBA/DS(i), CIA games ect.
ReiNAND 4.0: Since it didn't have GBA/DSi support without patching, those still won't work. Otherwise, all other features are working just fine.
CakesFW Stable 138: Since it didn't have GBA/DSi support without patching, those still won't work. Otherwise, all other features are working just fine.

Anyone having difficulty with network cia installs on Reinand 4.0 with a N3DS?
FBI Fbrony and Fpony don't seem to work. I have an O3DS with a different CFW and it works perfectly.
So I'm thinking it might be a bug.
Popping off the back cover and removing the SD card all the time is becoming a pain in the arse

I tried to use System Update to update to 11.0.0-33E, agreed the license terms, it started to download, the progress bar filled up to like 90% and then it said an error has occurred and it will restart the system. When it rebooted into emuNAND, I checked the system settings and said the version is Rei 11.0.0-33E. Tried to Update again, but right after accepting the license terms, showed the progress bar for a second and again an error. Any ideas?

I have the same setup as you.
The same thing happened to me when I went from 9.2.0 to 10.7.0 and again when I went from 10.7.0 to 11.0.0.
I even attempted to to downgrade my emuNAND back to 9.2 with sysupdater after I got the error when I updated to 10.7.
About 90% through the downgrade, I got an error on 0004013872000002 (NFIRM). I rebooted emuNAND and it said I was back to 9.2 (even with the downgrade error).
Next I tried to update manually with sysupdater to 10.7.0 and got "title exception error 0xD900182F failed to get cia file info!"
So now I'm at 11.0.0 just as you are.

Did you see my post above about network cia transfers?
Curious if this works for you since we are similar setups with the exception of my region (U).

I haven't updated libctru in about a week, and it builds fine here. So if thats the only thing you updated, then that's probably the case.

Just now booted into Luma3DS and it updated correctly. Now it says "System is up to date." when I try to update it via System Update.

So it appears there is some sort of update issue on Reinand V 4.0 then.
