Source code is usually included in the package you download, although some emulators require you to download another package. I can't help you (yet) though since you're not specifying which emu's you want the source code of.

Oh, and if you can't find any source code, the emulator's creator most likely wants to keep all honour to him/herself and won't let others touch it.

I can't link to the sources currently (I'm using the DSi Browser), but some emulators that have sources available are: nesDS (NES), SnemulDS (SNES), and PicoDriveDS (Genesis). SnemulDS has a bountysource page, while the source for PicoDriveDS is located at the author's page. I don't remember where the nesDS source is though.

SnemulDS has a bountysource page
Reading this post, I googled "SnemulDS source", and got this as the first result.
https://snemulds.bountysource.com/
https://snemulds.bountysource.com/svn/!tree/23

I then googled "picodriveDS source" and got this as the second result.
https://picodriveds.bountysource.com/
https://picodriveds.bountysource.com/svn/!tree/49

I then googled "nesds source" and got this as the sixth or so result.
http://www.ds-xtra.com/NesDS
And it links to the source download (which is on filetrip) at the very bottom of the page.

Honestly, if you couldn't even find something that's on the first page of a google search for the two main terms, what the hell do you hope to accomplish with some source code?
