So, the games list on my M3 puts some of the games out of alphabetical order.
I would like to have my games sorted from A-Z. Is this possible and how can I do it?

Whenever i plug my micro sd card into my pc the files are sorted alphabetically.

Do you happen to know of such a program?

Thing is that your microsd card is FAT formatted. The FAT file system has no file sorting properties. So everytime you put a new file on the card it becomes the last file to be listed. When I mentioned earlier that you would manually have to sort the files, I think you misunderstood.

You need to drag all the files off of your card (atleast just your gba/nds games) and copy them back onto your card in alphabetical order. The programs I linked to are coded to perform this very same task. It's a pain if you have a large number of roms on the card, otherwise it's just a minor inconvenience.

I see, Since the roms are already patched would it matter if i used the drag and drop method to remove and place them back on the card?
Would it have any effect on loading the roms?

The procedure is pretty simple.
Save all of your rom's onto your computers harddrive.
Delete all of the roms on your microsd card.
Copy your games back to your sd card, rom by rom, alphabetically.

No need to worry about previous patches done by the M3 Game Manager.
This shouldn't affect loading at all.

Note: If you want folders to be sorted alphabetically then you must replace them
in alphabetical order as well.

Alright, so I have most of the card alphabetized. However, when it comes to the M's they are mixed up.
Mainly it comes down to the Megaman Zero series, Megaman Battle Network series, and the 2 medabots games I have being mixed together.
I really dont know how to fix those to get them sorted out

Did you copy them one at a time or drag them on all together? Windows may not copy them over in alphabetical order so try doing it one by one.

As far as the M's go, try putting them on the card in the order that the M3 shows you.
You will probably see a different order for those particular games after you do this.

If you really want to have your game list alphabetized perfectly, then you might have
do a few different combinations.

I would suggest just putting the 'M' games on your microsd card too see whether they
are listed in correct order or not.
