Hacking Sorry guys, but need help...

in the downgrader doesn't ask the region you want, it just asks if you want to change the region according to the update, that is what i did...
 
i really dont know much about changing the wii reigon but did you try and use Waninkoko's Wii Region Changer? Not sure if that helps at all.
 
if you don't have the newest system software release, you can run tona's anyregion changer 1.1, and it may do what you need.
 
bushing once stated doing an official update was the only way to fix a fucked up region though if one were patient someone may have a idea how to go about itin another way...some genral info that may help...ANYTITLEDELETER can remove any CIOS you have (that could be interfering) ,Wizzle Dizzle Shizzle can Extract and Remove ANY REGION UPDATES FROM A ISO FILE

, the official Gecko OS can boot any disc from ANY Region on any PAL or NTSC wii console!, In addition installing the wiigator 0.3 backup loader allows you to boot BURNED ISO's FROM ANY REGION by forcing the proper region Example: If i want to play a PAL version of big willy unleashed the destroy all humans game IN PAL iso but i have a NTSC wii i burn the PAL iso to a dvd-r then choose FORCE NTSC on the disc within the config options....

So depending on your situation there are different option....INSTEAD OF MAKING A SHIT LOAD OF RETARD POST WITH NO VALUABLE INFO PERTAINING TO YOUR ISSUE...help the forums to help you...

write IN GR8 DETAIL in a SINGLE POST WITHOUT TRIPLE POSTING! what you did from start to finish LEAVE OUT NO DETAIL

( example: i had the following hacks installed on my wii...Cios5,Cios247,Cios249,Cios37 and DVDX and I am running wiigators backup loader 0n 3.3u wii console...I recently ran this downgrader....ect....went to options choose to install ?????? (WHAT FILE?) after doing this with the downgrader my region is what ?????? i would like to return my region to 3.3u .....after you have given ALL THE INFO YOU CAN TO HELP THEM>>>HELP YOU!....

JUST WAIT FOR A GOOD ANSWER

(usually only takes a day or two there are a lot of active brewers here no worries on that)

yes, you are absolutely right, but I'm kind of in panic, I'm not the kind of guy that as money to buy a new one at this point...

so the thing is, i have a pal wii, i don't know what cios i have, i add the first one to load BL 0.1 then the new BL 0.3 came out, i've installed the cios that comes in the zip file of the wiigator 0.3 and all was great, but then I've done the wii update (big mistake i know) after that I've backup zelda-TP and it was not working so I've tried some things to see if it was my fault, one of them was using the CIOS downgrader and selected the 3.3u firmware, in the end of the installation it made some questions and one of them was if i wanted to change the region to the firmware's one and i said yes, so my wii changed to NTSC , now i can't load any of my original games in the normal wii channel ....

i don't know if this is what you needed to know, i sure hope so if not tell me..

Try running the Cios downgrader again and put your wii back to PAL
NTSC is american - Pal (european) games wont work on an NTSC wii.
 
ho my god, but i think it does, I've downgrated for 3.3u(usa) so the region of it is NTSC ... that was what happen to me...
I'm trying that this moment the 3.3e (for europe) hopefully will change it back to pal

The cIOS downgrader in my zip isnt region specific - you just choose the region when it asked - im not sure why you choose NTSC

Not sure really - we need a step by steo list of what you did and what you installed - where you got the files and the EXACT steps you took to see what you did in order to be able to work it out
 
ok, i've tryed someting, it was risky but it worked, i've did the nintendo update, the wii channel now works, i'm trying to install the cios again
 
perfect, after updating by nintendo i've used ios downgrader and then installed the cios that comes in the wiigators zip, and BINGO
