i've changed my wii's region by mistake using the CIOS DOWNGRADER , how can i reverse it?

How do you do that by mistake? Ouch...

I don't use it, but try downgrading to your region again? Try the safe update 3.3U maybe and see if it changes your firmware.

Don't know much about messed-up regions I'm afraid. I do know there is a regionchanging tool, but I don't know exactly what it does.
