WTH? Someone on this forums ordered the same day as me and his got shipped on the 14th..and mine is supposedly being procceseed for delivery just now :[

Anyway I also have 1 question in addition to all that. On a certain website, they have a AC:WW ROM that has like 7,000 downloads. Then there's one that only has 167 downloads, same game, but this one has (v01) next to it. Is the one with the (v01) the one people should be getting? Is it newer or different in any way? :\

Also, does a ROM get corrupted if you change its name? Some of them I've heard have #'s in front of the name of the game?

Get the newer one, sometimes ROMs are released with slight changes that make them more stable or fix some minor bugs that weren't picked up in testing.

Based on your your tracking update, it will still be another day or 2 before your package actually leaves Hong Kong. And your package should be coming by USPS, not UPS.

And yeah, what sinkhead said. The v01 (aka v 1.1) is an updated dump that fixes some bugs in the original. Make sure to grab that one instead.

Hmm... I ordered my R4 with 2Gb on October.8th,2007 on October.16th,2007 it left Hongkong post and it's going to the U.S. Man it taking forever >.>

The numbers are the official release number, nothing that important. But make sure that your save files have the same name as your ROM, or else it won't be read.

HK Post packages take about 9 or 10 days (Sunday included) to arrive from when it says they were exported to the US.

So if the name is changed before the save file is made, the SAV file will automatically have the same name as the ROM..thus not needing to change anything manually.
But question..if the numbers are kept, will they show up when someone goes to select the game on the R4? Or do they *magically* disappear.
