Way to copy Nintendo, Sony!
...Again.
But, anywho, do people actually use gun peripherals?

Excuse me...please enlighten me, but what exactly is Sony copying from Nintendo this time? It just seems people automatically fart out the phrase whenever the word Sony is paired with the word Patent these days. Like a tic. Like some form of gaming related tourettes.
It's uh clearly based off the concept Nintendo showed E3 2011.

But I really don't care. It's all seems rather gimmicky to me. Might be okay for hunting/sniping games, I guess.
This isn't Apple and Samsung.well i can see another lawsuit between sony and Nintendo in the near future ........ seem like this is a common trend in the gaming one rips of tech from this company or another and than they bitch back,,

Silent Scope didn't have a screen on top of a gun peripheral.Yes, certainly based off of that, because Silent Scope didn't use that kind of concept at all. nope.

I assume that means they filed it in japan first than too kover a year to do it here

It's a copy of the concept Nintendo showed but I don't care because if it means we get more immersive hunting games with this, all the better.
Hm, similar but not the same. The one in the patent shows a screen put on top of a peripheral (screen (Vita?) on Move Gun peripheral just like (Wii U Pad on Wii Zapper). This shows one peripheral with a small screen.I'm sorry, what were you saying?

I don't think it has nothing to do with the vita, I just stated that as a thought. Silent Scope gun "screen" isn't really the same typeHm, similar but not the same. I told you Nintendo were thieves. But would you guys listen to me? NOOOOOO.I find it disgusting how Nintendo can just steal Konamis idea like that.
Now if you excuse me I am going so that I can be sick.
Not sure how I would be arguing about it being a copy of ninty ..... What I was saying is , I wonder if they "SONY" filed this patent in JP=Japan first , that is why I pointed out this Foreign Application Datahttp://appft1.uspto....120190448.PGNR.Just Under Foreign Application Data It lists a date of Nov 10 , 2009 and a Code JP.

No, this is the right patent. Filed December 21, 2011
But look what this thread turned into. Instead of discussing the actual peripheral, we're arguing about how it's a copy of Nintendo.
No, you mentioned a different patent (0120190448 vs. 0120212429). The correct one was filed December 21, 2011.Not sure how I would be arguing about it being a copy of ninty .....
