ROM Hack Something translated quick!

Can anyone translate this for me?
The popped up part.

i think it says:
"when playing in this mode you need the original deck"
or something like that
i cant read the very last kanji
i can read the 'kanarazu' one but i cant read the one after that

What would that mean? How do I get the original deck?

I really am not completely sure on my translation, so i don't know
what game are you playing?
EDIT: at least i'm pretty sure says 'original deck'
