Hacking [somehow] lost my h&s app?

Yeah, that happened.
I had it for a while but it wouldnt open and it would just say i needed to redownload it.
I have one backup that I attempted to reinstall but that didnt work at all.
Anything I could do from here? My 3DS is firm 9.2.0-18u.

Sorry for joking around. Can you use Browsehax? You should be able to install the System Settings again using FBI or BBM. If you see that you still have it though, whatever you do, don't uninstall it. It could have some very bad side effects.
