Hacking Some questions about PS3 slim and cfw.

Hello! I am a total n00b on ps3 scene and I have some questions The thing is... I´ve got a ps3 slim with some unknown CFW, the menu displays "4.50" it has multiman installed and 4 games. Could someone tell me:
1- Is possible to format but continue on CFW and with the games, i mean, delete all junk? How?
2- Can I install the last Rogero CFW overwriting this one?
3- Is there some app to protect my ps3 from bann and play online?
4-Is there some app for Fan speed configuration? (My ps3 get really hot and it scares me )
