Okay, I have a iso of Twin Snakes, a game cube game, and a classic controller. Is it possible to open the iso in USB Loader GX, or do I have to do something else?

Second question, Sega Saturn emulation, is that possible?

Yes, if you have DIOS MIOS installed. I do not believe a classic controller will work though. You need a GameCube controller.

Second question, Sega Saturn emulation, is that possible?

Yep, use Yabause Wii.

You can play your games in GX either burning the image to a disc if your drive is compatible, or you can go out and buy the disc and play that, or you can install dios mios (lite) and launch from a usb drive/sd card in the latest SVN of gx

The Wii has http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Yabause available for Saturn emulation, but I'd not put my money on it having very good performance, considering the Saturn was a very, very complex machine, and the Wii isn't exactly a very beefy console.
