Anyone have a change log on cios 36 rev11?

Not yet ... I was told that waninkoko will release it soon on his blog ... just not today.

I have installed it, and my USB Loader works perfectly (I see no adverse affects yet) However not sure if other USB items work along with USB Loader (I dont have any to test)

Games install quickly with it, and play perfectly.
Ok thanks Kosaic for the info I'm not going to install it until Waninkoko releases some info on it just to be sure.

i went throguh this and had a mini brick jsut now.. do not uninstall the preloader at any point.. once u go through all the steps and install the new cioscorp, (youll prob get the sys menu error) hold in the reset button to access the preloader, then tell it to boot to the homebrew channel that you previously had installed, and simply "reinstall" preloader.. hold in reset again to open preloader to set your hacks, set it back to boot to sys menu andu should be good to go again..

That is typical when installing cIOScorp, no fault of SoftMii.

i got the old WAD Installer 1.1 and 1.2 to work on my Wii. But it doesnt seem to like the LUFIX file that i used to install. I took the "LU FIX" file from the data folder on the Softmii package and added a .WAD to it. I feel like im getting close to getting this working.. anyone with any ideas?

I'm not sure. I looked at that file and it's encrypted somehow. Like it doesn't have a visible file extension or anything. Maybe you'd have to get an unencrypted version of it? (I'm thinking that's not true.

Overwriting should be fine.

I had cIOS36 rev10 , wanin's 4.0 updater was used weeks ago, and I installed the SoftMii 2.9.5 package without issue.

Here is a "Warning" from the manual about Pre-Loader ... everything outside this should be fine.

"
WARNING: If you install a new IOS 60 after installing Preloader, you need to re-install Preloader to avoid an error message and a non-functioning System Menu.

This is Correct, CIOSCORP is not at fault neither is preloader, They just dont like playing together at first, preloader needs to patch the IOS60 before it can work, if IOS60 is installed after preloader it will result in a error, you only have to re-install preloader to resolve this small issue.

Nope, rev 11 didn't fix USB stuff. LAN Adapter/connection still crashing games on USB Loader and FTPii.
noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, so ciosrev11 is useless for me, and softmii because I have all the things it provides. O well, it's still a great package and good job to all those involved in it, you really help the wii modding community

This might be a stupid question, but if anyone can help I'd appreciate it. If I am on 3.2U and would like to go to 4.0U (for SD game loading) and keep everything else the same from the previous version of SoftMii, what do I need to do? Would it just be steps 2-7 of the SoftMii Install section of the instructions? I just don't want to screw something up if the SoftMii Preinstaller encounters something I have already installed.

On a side-note: on the WAD Installation, it asked for IOS 36 64 v3094. I thought v3090 was the latest one, as it comes with ExciteBots...

I get a code dump when I try to run cIOS rev 11 on network install. And when I try to do a wad install I get error ret = -1. Is anyone else having these problems or know what I can do to resolve them?

In the 4.0 update all IOSs were updatet, so it's probably from that update...

Has anyone tried this on a LU65 serial wii and confirmed working? Im guessing this fix is for LU64 and LU65, this will allow me to play my backups right?
