So i was trying to install hiyacfw and got everything up and running but it keeped booting into the unlaunch menu so i tried to mess around with it to try to figure it out how to set it to boot to the normal menu but i guess i did something wrong and now it's just booting into the ds settings and i can't go back to the menu since it throws me back into settings again, tried formating, tried booting with and without a sd card and it always goes to settings, no idea how to fix it, hope someone can help me

You could try holding Select on boot and see if you set any titles to autoboot.
Other than that, I guess you could do the Twilight Menu swap and boot to that if you want to.

Hiya, my few cents:

- Turn off the device, then power and then quickly hold either x z a b buttons; if you are lucky you didn't touch these startup shortcuts yet and one will return you to the filemenu. If you do get back to filemenu, I would suggest re-installing hiyacfw (and in extend twilight++) from this point onwards to make sure no AP patching or "loading nand from sd" settings got lost.
- Alternatively, select it hiyacfw as "No button pressed" in the options of the file menu and test if DS and GBA roms are stable (if not, re-install hiyaCFW)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Depending: if you select launcher as default (no buttons pressed) in OPTIONS and you are running nand from SD then it's possible, but if your hiyacfw is borked, it will boot into an unpatched launcher. Correct me if I'm wrong but that behaviour I have seen last week when I re-installed my dsi.

Im prolly late on this one, good luck!
